Submitting an Inquiry through Help Center

 

① Tap Settings > Contact Us in the game, or tap the [···] button.

[PC Web Browser]

• Click Submit a request in the upper-right corner.
  ※ You can submit an inquiry without signing in.

[Mobile Web Browser]

• Tap the menu button in the upper-right corner → tap Submit a request.
