• Your email address*
  - Enter your email address to receive updates on the progress and processing result.
  Please make sure to enter your email address correctly, as you may not be able to check the response even if your inquiry is processed.

• Choose a game*
  - Select the game you would like to submit an inquiry for.

• Inquiry classification*
  - Select the inquiry type.

• Subject*
  - Enter a subject.

• Description*
  - Date and time the issue occurred:
  - Nickname or UID:
    You can check this in Settings, and you can copy and paste it by tapping it.
  - OS and device:
  - Inquiry details

• Attachments
  - You can attach files such as screenshots or videos. Please note that images or videos with excessively large file sizes cannot be uploaded.
